Trench coat from the wardrobe of Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Schneersohn, wife of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, and her sister Rebbetzin Chanah Gurary, wife of R. Shemaryahu Gurary (the Rashag) – daughters of Rebbe Yosef Yitzchak Shneersohn, the Rayatz of Lubavitch.
Letter of authenticity enclosed (handwritten note, in English) signed in Hebrew by Rebbetzin Chanah Gurary (1899-1991): "I hereby gift… the Etienne Aigner trench swing coat worn by my sister and I". Dated 17th September 1989.
With a colorful scarf, which was presented together with the coat but is not mentioned in the letter.
Good condition.
