Passover Haggadah, "with illustrations and Italian translation". Trieste, 1863. The Haggadah ends with musical notes for the songs Adir Hu, Adir BiMelucha and Echad Mi Yode'a. Hebrew and Italian on facing columns.
The Haggadah was edited by Avraham Chai Morpurgo. It is illustrated with 58 engravings by C. Kirchmayr, with captions below each illustration.
[4], 64, [2] pages. 31.5 cm. Fair-good condition. Stains; extensive staining and dark stains to some leaves. Minor wear. Several loose leaves. Tears affecting text in several places. Old binding, with a strip of leather glued to front board, embossed with the name of the owner: "Mario Nunes Vais".
