The book is bound in a fine, gilt-decorated leather binding, with metal clasps. Owner's initials on front and back boards: "M. E. S. V.".
322 leaves; 16 leaves. 19.5 cm (Tefillat Yesharim remargined for conformity). Good condition. Stains (some leaves with dark stains). A few tears. Pieces of paper pasted over text in several places. Leather binding, with defects.
