This edition is actually the Seder Birkot HaNehenin which the Baal HaTanya printed in his siddur, and not Luach Birkat HaNehenin.

Worming to many leaves, with significant damage to text, repaired with paper. Margins trimmed, with damage to headings and text in several places. Stamps and handwritten inscriptions. New binding.
