"Figures of the Bible", more than 250 woodcuts depicting biblical scenes as well as Solomon's Temple and its vessels, executed by French artist Pierre Eskrich. Accompanied by rhymed explanatory passages by Italian humanist, poet and translator Gabriele Simeoni (1509-1575).
• Bound with an additional volume printed at the same printing house in 1570:

[147] leaves; [83] leaves (missing one leaf), 14.5 cm. Good condition. Stains. Tears and minor blemishes. Open tears to margins of title page, affecting text (the leaf is restored with paper). Handwritten notation to last page. Vellum binding, slightly damaged.
