The title page states that the book was printed in Sudylkiv by Yitzchak Madpis, yet one of the approbations is addressed to R. Shmuel Avraham Shapira, the famous printer of Slavita, presumably indicating that the book was printed in Slavita.
[2], 56 leaves. 34.5 cm. Fair condition. Stains, including dampstains. Wear and creases. Extensive worming, affecting text. Marginal open tears to title page (not affecting border), and to several other leaves. Title page and first leaves somewhat detached. Handwritten inscriptions. Without binding.
