Proposal to build a Jewish city in the Negev – "Beer Sheva", by Zvi Yehuda, Nahalal, 1943.
Detailed proposal to build a Jewish city for 1,000 families in Beer Sheva. "Based on the assumption that to conquer the Negev, it is not sufficient to establish agricultural settlements but it is necessary to have a Jewish city…according to governmental statistics of 1931, the Arab population of this city was 2959 people, living in 545 houses, and every since the population has not grown".
The author, Zvi Yehuda Zaltzman (1887-1965), of the founders of Nahalal, one of the leaders of the Moshavim movement, was a member of the first Knesset on behalf of Mapai party.
10 leaves typed on a type writer, 26 cm. Good condition.

2. Songs of the humoristic play "The Gold Fish", bu Kevutzat Ha-Chugim – Beit Ha-Arava – The "Seven Holiday" and the inauguration of the dining room. 1946. (Seventh anniversary of the kibbutz).
"Kevutzat Ha-Chugim" was the first name of "Machanot Ha-Olim" movement that established in 1939 the Beit Ha-Arava Kibbutz.
16.5 cm. Good condition. Few foxing-stains. The two booklets are stenciled.
